Removing a door mirror from classic Saab 900 is relatively easy. First
remove the black cover (inside), just bend it outwards carefully with a
screvdriver or similar. After removing this cover youŽll see three
cross-head screws. After opening these you can pull the mirror outwards.
These screws can be very tight, so please be careful with your screwdriver.
Sometimes the only way to open these screws is to catch them with strong
pliers. After pulling the mirror outwards some 2 - 3 inches, youŽll see a
small 4-pole plug. Disconnect this - and your mirror is free.

Best regards
