Fog Light Moisture

Greetings all!

My name is Eric Sendrow and I just joined the Saabnet.com mailing list.  I
have been a long time enjoyer of a close friend's Saabs, and one month ago
picked up my own... a 2002 9-3 SE 4-door in Silver over charcoal.  Other than
metallic paint, I got heated seats and automatic trans (I know, I know).  I
opted against the premium package and absolutely love my cloth/leather seats
and am more than pleased with the decision I made.

Other than this,I own a 1987 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z which was in the 3/01
issue of GM High Tech Performance magazine, and I am in the process of
getting rid of a 1983 Toyota pick up which is lifted 6 inches with 35' tires
and a superchared LC Engineering Stage 5 22R Toyota engine.

I look forward to speaking to you all and learning more about my Saab, which
I have been loving so far!  I do have one question now though.  Since I got
my car last month, there has been moisture on the inside lower corners of my
fog lights.  I pulled out the bulbs and manipulated a pipe cleaner with a
piece of paper towel into it and wiped up this moisture, but sure enough, it
was back the next day.

Other Saabs I see do not have this problem.  Is there a defect in mine, or is
it just a poor design by Saab?  The moisture IS by the vent hole in the
light.
 Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.
