A most unpleasant job if there ever was one...
To access the fog lamp bulb, you must remove the plastic splash panels under the front of the
car.If memory serves, there are three panels- left side, right side and center. You have to
remove the side panel for the foglamp bulb to be replaced and the center panel (or at least
most of the screws that hold it on. There are several screws and fastener clips that must
be removed and most are pretty obvious. Once the panels are removed, you can see (although
not that easily) the back of the fog lamp reflector. The bulb is held in a socket accessed
after removing a round black plastic cover that is secured by a philips screw.

I did this job with the car on a lift at work, and it still took too long! On your back, it's
sure to be a real pain.
