I assume you already read the FAQ on saabnet.com. If it is a hatchback, the
shell should come out easily. I would recommend new material as the part
that fails is the foam behind the headliner and not the fabric itself. You
may look to a crafts shop, fabric shop, etc for the material and 3M has a
nice spray product to apply the foam backed material. I have heard that it
is also available at some parts shops here in the US as well. Don't know
what to say about ES. FWIW, I took mine out and took it and the 2 little
panels on each side to an upholstery shop and had all them done in matching
material for US$70.00. I re-installed it a few days later. I did not want to
look for appropriate material and did not trust myself to apply it without
getting adhesive all over!
