Wiper Blades

The blades on my 2000 9-5 started to come apart after 14K miles. I called
the dealer and they told me that there is a higher than normal incidence of
failure on these blades. Plus, you can't replace just the blade, the arm
needs to go, too. And they were $45 for the pair! I'm told the price has
come down to $27.

Thankfully, I'm within the adjustment/replacement time frame, so I got a new
set for free. It might be worth bitching and moaning if your blades failed
shortly after the adjustment period (16K/12 months).
