San Diego Auto Show

I just came back from the San Diego Auto Show, and, well, um,
I was quite disappointed in Saab's presence there. They had a
space the size of a volleyball court, or smaller. No 9X, no 9-3X.
They had nothing that I couldn't look up on Edmunds.com, or find
at the local dealer.
Even the billboard ( about 10 x 3 ft ) that advertised the 9X and
9-3X had been stashed in a corner near the high-school car shop
project display in a different part of the convention center.

( But for those of us who like cars with hatchbacks, good handling,
and plenty of power, Mercedes Benz was announcing that their
C230 sport coupe will come with a 3.2L V-6 in the fall. It will have
Viggen-like performance at under 30K. )

<sigh> I can't belive I'm committing heresy.
