There have been many ingenious bleeding mechanisms reported out through the
years, but the concept is always the same: to put pressure onto the
reservoir to force fluid in and trapped air out of the clutch. I enlarged
the vent hole in the cap so that I could fit a soccor ball needle in, and
then pumped away with a bicycle pump. I then sacrificed one soccor ball
needle by cutting the tip off so I could insert the tip in the enlarged
hole, thus maintaining the original resistance to crud and moisture
entering the system.
