Thanks for the input for my stalling problem. The problem was the ECU, not
the AMM or the ICM. The price quote was for US$600 for a rebuilt one, but my
mechanic found a used one at a junkyard for US$120. Interestingly, I was
having problems with the fans not coming on at high temps. I thought it was
the thermoswitch, but replacing the ECU fixed THAT, too. I don't quite
understand why you need a computer to turn on the fans when a simple
thermoswitch will do, but..... it's working.
