No Start

I have an 86 900  5speed and an 84 900S AT and have recently transferred 
over some of the power features  along with the doors of the 84 (power 
windows, power mirrors and power locks) to the 86 in order to create one 
fully functioning vehicle out of the two. Up until  the point when the 
electricals were transferred over, the 86 started and ran well. Now I 
cannot get it to start. The engine turns over, there is spark at the plugs 
and  the fuel pump makes the proper 'click/whirr' sound when the key is 
turned to the start position.

I have tested all the appropriate relays and related ignition components 
according to Bentley (fuel pump relay, ignition pulse amplifier, Hall 
Sensor, ignition module, coil). The cold start injector functions. 
Bypassing the fuel pump relay and the pulse amplifier does not seem to fix 
the problem (the fuel pump works when the relay is bypassed). What I have 
found is the injectors do not seem to 'fire' when the engine is turned over 
even when the fuel pump is running when the ignition pulse amplifier and 
fuel pump relay are bypassed (I tested this by removing the injectors and 
turning the engine over). Does anyone know what might be the cause? Could 
some component of  the ignition  or fuel system  not  be properly grounded? 
Is this a sign of a weak spark and/or  ignition pulse amplifier or a bad 
ignition module? ( I swapped the Hall sensor, ignition module and fuel pump 
relay from the 84 in a effort to isolate the problem). Any suggestions 
would be deeply appreciated.
