I expect that only dealers have access, and possibly only the
servicing dealer (but I'm not sure). If you really want it, ask the
seller to obtain it for you (you might not be able to get it if it's
not for your car).

It shouldn't grind. Those boxes have a synchro reverse. Just make
sure you are STOPPED and the clutch is fully depressed. You might
want to have the dealer check the trans fluid level and have them
bleed the clutch.

Buy the Saab replacement synthetic oil. It's more expensive than
redline, but you KNOW it's the right thing. (it may well be redline,
but...). Your tranny takes about 1.8 liters.
