Saab 9000CDT 1989 RHD

Lost the ability to get second gear, then half an hour later ( I was a long
way from home) couldnt find first gear either. Got home by burning the
clutch badly doing hill starts in 3rd! Gear shift is now like a stick in a
bucket. Do you think its the linkage/bushes or (gulp) the gear box?

I do fervently hope its 'just' the linkage, but before I waste my time
looking I would appreciate your opinions asap. Please feel free to email me
direct

Thanks

Nick
