Seat Upholstery

This afternoon I sat in my car (1995 900 S coupe, charcoal cloth interior)
with a screwdriver sticking out of my back pocket, and it tore a hole in the
in the seat bottom cushion that is large enough to stick a finger through.
Both the fabric and the foam underneath are torn, but the seat heater pad
appears undamaged and is functional.

Does anybody have recommendations for repairing or replacing the seat
fabric? Is replacement (matching) upholstery available for my car from Saab
or a 3rd party? Is it difficult to replace it myself?

Thanks for any feedback.
