Heater Fan Speed Control

I have a 1990 9000S on which the heater blower only works on the fastest
setting. The schematic shows a resister pack which provides the power for
the lower speed settings, and I suspect that this is what has died.
However, I don't know where it is located.
Anyone BTBT?

Paul
