The Saab remote is linked to only the one car it's programmed to operate,
and matching a remote to a particular car requires that a technician attach
the ISAT or Tech II tool and put the car into the 'program the remote'
mode. DON'T LOSE YOUR REMOTE - they aren't inexpensive. The nasty
response you received was no doubt related to someone having spent the time
to configure a remote and now he isn't going to get paid for it. Petulant,
uncalled for, poor business practice, short sighted - maybe, but
understandable...
