The only component you list that you replaced that could affect ride height
would be the shocks...if they were the wrong ones and were to long, so that
they 'bottomed out' before the springs compressed down to their standard
height.

Some shocks have a rubber bump stop inside the dust cap (the upper hollow
tube) that can affect how long a stroke they have, which could affect ride
height. If yours does you'd need to check with the company to see if it can
or should be removed for application on a Saab.

Can't see how any of the other components could be assembled wrong to affect
ride height. When you first lower the car down to the ground off the jack
stands it will sit high initially, but should drop to normal height one
you've rolled the car a few feet.
