Spongy Sonett Brakes

1973 Saab Sonett III. I've always had a very very slow leak of brake fluid,
but I've kept the fluid topped off regularly. Now, however, I'm getting
some sponginess in my braking. If I hold pressure on the brake pedal, it
will very slowly go all the way to the floor. Brake fluid reservoir is
completely filled. I still have decent braking, but I'm pretty sure it's
going to get worse. Any obvious things to look at? I'm not very good at
brakes yet, so any help for a novice (explained slowly ;-)) would be
appreciated. Otherwise, I'm headed off to Saab Factory for resolution.

Thanks,
-Scott
