Replacing Seat Leather

My wife and I have a problem we need advice on. We have an '88 SPG that we
are planning on selling in the next six months or so. The driver's side
front seat has a hole worn in the leather on the left-hand bolster. We are
trying to decide whether or not we should replace the seat before we try to
sell the SPG. The rest of the leather is worn, but not too badly.

Replacing the leather for all the seats is very expensive, so we would be
looking at replacing just the driver's seat. On one hand, the car would
look better if the leather was fixed/replaced prior to selling it. But, if
we did that, the color of the leather on the drivers side seat would not
match the rest of the leather in that car and that might look bad too.
Furthermore, if the new owner decided to replace the other seats later,
chances are the leather for those seats would match each other but not the
recently replaced driver's side seat.

So the question is, do you think a buyer would prefer to see one seat in
good condition but not quite matching the rest, or would they prefer to buy
it with a hole and replace it themselves?

TIA

Craig
