Having just had the DI cassette on the 94 9000cse replaced under
warranty (thanks to many here & the archives for pinpointing the problem
and the possibility of a warranty), I have a couple of questions.

The car is still hard to start. It cranks sometimes for about 10 seconds
before it  fires up. Any ideas or areas I should look at here. Is this
DI related?

When idling, the RPM's will sometimes dip a barely discernable amount -
maybe 50 RPM's at most. Before the DI cassette problem, the idle was
perfectly steady, to the point of being a source of pride. Again, DI
related??

Also, on a recent trip to the SAAB service, they reported that a motor
mount is broken. Any reason why this should go at 65k/ 6years?

The final question has to do with the interior. To the right of the
steering wheel, there is a small cabin sensor for the climate control I
believe. On occasion it makes a whirring noise, and continues after the
car is turned off sometimes. Does anyone know what this part is? is ther
some sort of mini-fan inside it? I don't want to remove it without
knowing what it is and how it comes out.

 Thanks for taking the time to read  all these questions. The car is in
perfect shape, and I like to take care of these things as soon as they
happen while they can be pinpointed.
