Need help quickly.

I did a Compression Check on my 1992 900 SAAB because the car
ran hot and
stopped. I then checked on my Engine Compression Status and the reading
were as follows:
Cylinder 1 reading of 10.0
Cylinder 3 reading of 10.1
Cylinder 4 reading of 8.2
Cylinder 2 reading of 9.3

Are these reading too bad to start the car and if not why won't the car
start. Could it be a fuse blown out or a circuit link. Please email me at
the following address, I welcome any suggestions or input. Thank you all
in advance for your help.
