Motor Mount Replacement

Hi Folks: (1993 9000 CS)
Some questions for people who have been down this road.... I noticed that the
rubber on the engine mount that sits on the top, left hand side of the engine
has rotted. Do I need to replace the entire assembly or is the rubber insert
replaceable? If so, how? After market parts sources?

I suppose I'll need to check the lower motor mounts - how is this done? What
are reasonable after market replacements? and, how tough of a job is R&R for
the shade tree mechanic? On other cars (i.e. US types), unbolting the anchor
points and then using a bottle jack to lift the engine ( or tilt it as the
case may be) was typically what was done. They were always accessible on
the cars I worked on....how accessible are they on the 9000???

Thanks for help and guidance....
John
