Your numbers are almost bang on. I guess you pay extra for the fancy web
site from Aquamist, but it does have extremely useful info. Check out
http://www.aquamist.co.uk/rescr/faq/airmass/airmass.html#intercol

as well as some of the other charts. The amount of water is related to how
cool you want to get the compressed charge down to. 300 ml/min or so gets
you down to ambient air temp, which is about as good as it gets.

I, for one, would be EXTREMELY interested in your gizmo. Had a simple
version on my 1980 900 T and it sure helped in those pre-APC days. The
added benefit was when the head was rebuilt at 385,000 km, there was
absolutely no carbon desposit anywhere. Steam cleaning and knock
resistance. It made me a believer !

I think that a simple way to get the right amount of water into the
manifold (assuming it is atomized properly) is to calibrate to a fixed
temperature in the manifold. Less, boost, equals less charge air temp,
equals less water needed to cool the charge. Flow looks pretty linear with
desired temperature from the Aquamist charts. Your way is also good since
pressure equals temperature, more or less. However the intake temperature
on a cold day here might be 60 C cooler than on a hot summer day. Might
your system be overinjecting on a -30 C day ? We have those in Canada !

cheers
