Truly one of the easier jobs for the driveway mechanic, though. Import
Parts Specialists 1-800-897-7278 have an Italian made hub assembly to your
door for no39sdcx6spamx782 $130. You don't have to remove the front knuckle, just the brake
assembly, drive-shaft nut, and the four nuts securing the hub to the
knuckle. A couple of good raps with a mallet will drop it out, bolt the new
one in following directions in the mostly useless otherwise Haynes English
or Chiltons all makes manuals. Checking out your brake pads while there and
replacing them and you're out of there in 2 hours---maybe---if all goes
well---after I did my l.front and the brakes in that time I bought a lotto
ticket--ticket lost, but I still count it as a lucky day.
