I just had the camber adjusted on my 93 9000CSE. The alignment shop has
to buy aftermarket offset 'cam' bolts for each side - I think they were
about $50 each, and they mount in one of the two holes (I'm not sure which)
connecting the strut housing to the wheel bearing housing. It made a big
improvement on my car. You may need to go to a shop which specializes in
front-end alignments.

Good luck!

And the camber of the right wheel was???

A Saab normally follows the crown of the road, and will normally tend to
drift to the right in the right lane, and to the left in the left lane.

Occasionally tires are improperly made and a pull is caused by that -
swapping tires left to right will reverse the 'tire pull' if that's the cause.

Being a 'strut' suspension, there is no camber or caster adjustment -
without slotting the strut mouting holes and moving the upper mount or
bending the subframe. Camber might be affected by worn out lower
suspension bushings, though. Other than that, it would take a crash to
change the original alignment angles.
