Window Switch & Gas Mileage & Seat Back

On my '93.5 9000 Aero the front passenger window switch occasionally stops
working and just as suddenly will resume operation. Also one of the
headlight windshield wipers sometimes moves partly and stops halfway up the
headlight. I'll notice this when I'm parked. Then the next time I park it's
at the bottom postion.
What kind of gas mileage can you resonably expect from these cars? It seems
much worse than my '89 9000T under similar circumstances.
Also, on my old '89 9000T the drivers seat back was not responding properly.
The left side moves fine but the right side hardly moves at all.
Any ideas/suggestions as to causes and cures?
tia,
Dave
