Well, first guess would be that one of the tie-rods are extremely badly
adjusted. Maybe a loose lock bolt? Still the car needs to be aligned
asap, since this is terribly bad on tires and handling (and, if the lock
bolt is loose, the tie-rod can theoretically separate, meaning you lose
total steering control of the vehicle)

When you drive straight on the highway, is the steering wheel straight
or skewed in some direction?

Anyway, take off the offending wheel, adjust the tie-rod to your best
ability, and tighten the locknut to spec, and take it to an alignment
shop to have it done properly.
