i just removed calipers from my 86 9000 T a few weeks ago. i think the
bolts were 19mm, so i think u have the right bolts. on mine, they were at
the very top and foward-most edge of the caliper mounting (and the very
bottom and foward-most edge).

ofcourse, u are looking at the back of the bolt and the wrench turns counter
clockwise to remove the bolts. after just a little bit of penetrating spray
(PB Blaster , actually) and a few taps of the bolt with a hammer, the bolts
on my calipers came out perfectly easily.

maybe if that doesnt work for you, you could take a shorth pipe (maybe like
pvc pipe, five or so inches long) and slip it around the wrench handle and
get the handle facing up, so u have some room to pull the pipe that you have
on the wrench handle for leverage.
