Condenser Fan

I have an european spec -92 9k CS with ACC. The system works well
while diriving, but at stop and go traffic the vent temps tend to
rise. The car has only one cooling fan with one speed which doesn't
seem to draw enough air through the condenser.

I know hotter markets got an additional fan in front of the
condenser. I would like to know how this fan is mounted (has the
stud sittint in the middle of the condenser something to do with it
?) and where to look for possible prewired connector and relay
location.

The system has just been repaired and charged with a substitute
refrigerant. I have measured vent temps of 45 F which is descent,
but is it easily possible to lower it to the 40F that the service
manual calls (adjusting TXV or equivalent) ?

TIA
