Hatch Not Staying Open

Common problem, David! Ultimately, all rear hatches will do this (and =
hoods too!) - the seals slowly go bad in the lift cylinders, resulting =
in the hatch whacking you in the head. Cold weather always aggrivates =
this problem. The fix is replacement with new cylinders (easy). Try =
eBay for bargains on hatch cylinders - they show up all the time. Make =
sure you get new ones. Happy SAABing!
