There is a pronounced 'tapping' coming from above the area of the pulleys.
Mostly audible when the bonnet (hood) is up. I cant really afford a saab
service this year, £90 an hour labour is a lot of money. Im ok with older
cars and do my own repairs, but I wondered if anyone recognises this symptom?
The car has to its annual run to southern france in a few weeks, 800 miles so
Im keen to pre empt any problems

Thanks

Nick
