Leaking Hatch

I have a 1990 9000S which is perpetually fogged up on the inside. There are
two areas that I know of that leak water into the car that probably cause
most of this. The worst leak is somewhere around the right side of the
tailgate. Water accumulates on the cargo floor area right next to the fold
out tool holder. This of course could be running down from higher up before
dripping into this spot.
Another problem in the same area is that the tailgate seems to collect
water in the trim at the bottom of the rear screen glass (on the outside of
the car). When the hatch is lifted, this dumps out into the same area as
described above. This can be minimized by lifting the hatch slowly so the
water drips outside the car, but it's easy to forget and is a real pain.

The other leak is around the moon roof. A few drops drip onto the driver
and passenger after the car has been standing in the rain. It seems better
when you are moving.

Anyone had these problems and fixed them? I'd love to hear how.

Thanks,
