On the night of december 5th, i was driving my 1993 saab 900s home from
subway from visiting my girlfriend at work and getting a sandwhich. I was
goin around a blind corner doing about 30 when this oher car without its
lights on came racing around it. I caught it at the last second swerved and
missed him. He kept going of course. And jsut as i was goin to pull back on
the road i hit a tree at 30 mph. Big oak tree at least 4-5 feet wide. I was
able to get out an walk away. I hit the car on the passenger side of the
front. Tell you the truth i would have thought the car would have been more
damaged than that, i also expected the hood to come through the windshield or
something dramatic. But i dont think that much happened. I know it was
totaled and stuff, but from what i was told if i was in another car, i
oprolly could have been hurt really badly. But i guess saab's motto is
everyone walks away. I loved that car so much. It saved my ass and i wish i
could save it but i just cant i dont have the money. Im deffienly buying
another saab without a dought. Id like an SPG cuz i love the look of them.
But since i was ina saab that night, it saved me from alot of injury and
pain. Ill miss my car alot, but it did what it was suppose to do, save me.
