I can't be a lot of help to you, Azmi, but those problems don't sound like
air mass meter or O2 sensor to me! The Bentley manual has an easy test for
the air mass meter. It's not all-inclusive, by any means, but will at least
tell you if the hot wire is working or not.

Leave the Air Mass Meter plugged in electrically, but disconnect the rubber
bellows that go to the air filter, and position the AMM (air mass meter) so
you can look inside of it. (it's best to do this in somewhat dim light)
Have a friend start the engine, run it for a few seconds, then shut it off.
After about four seconds, the hot wire in the AMM should glow brightly for
about one second, then shut off. This is a burn-off cycle it does to keep
clean. If the wire glows, it's a pretty good bet that your AMM is fine.

In my experience, a bad AMM will cause poor acceleration, especially from a
stop, and occasional hard starting, as the engine computer has to get all of
it's information from the oxygen sensor. Once running at a constant speed,
though, it will run smoothly even with a bad AMM. I don't have any personal
experience with a bad oxygen sensor, but I'm told it will affect gas mileage
and emissions far more than the actual running of the engine.

Good luck with it!
