Brake Cylinder Pistons

Could anybody tell me whether it is necessary to 'screw in' the brake
cylinder pistons in the front and rear of a NG900S (specifically M96)? If
so, what does the tool required look like and does it have to be purchased
from SAAB? Also, where is the fuel filter on this car? I've found out
recently on my Maserati TC, that it is a good idea to change this filter
every 40k miles or so unless you like to try to coast into gas stations.
