Dear Saabists

I'm a french owner of a 1986 SAAB 900I 8V. Recently, after 315 K 
(Km), her cylinder head has been machined.
The repairer possibly gave me back a head from another car. Indeed, 
I'm pretty sure mine had round chambers whereas that one I was given 
has triangular chambers. On the other hand, I'm puzzled because I 
have only seen heads with triangular chambers in 900's, so far.

-Was the B201H engine of the 900 8 valves eventually fitted with head 
with round chambers ?
-I'm wondering whether the machined head can accept unleaded gas. A 
number (10L85A) is stamped in the cast on the driver side (injectors) 
near the timing cover. Can this number identify the year of 
production of the head ?

I would appreciate if somebody could answer these questions and 
provide me with any information regarding the 900 8V cylinder head.
