Your car is pre-wired for a trunk mounted Clarion CD
changer which is easy to get/install. Richard Bevan
has a great site which goes over everything:

I'm at 80k with no problems yet, knock on wood.

The Clutch indeed heavy and the cable is prone to
break. My cable broke at 30k, living in mountains did
not help I'm sure, but they do seem to be a weak link.
When I replaced the clutch at 75k I replaced the
cable to be on the safe side.
My local dealer showed me how to adjust the clutch.
With the wheel turned to the right you can reach into
the wheel well into the engine compartment and feel
for the clutch cable, it above the top of the opening.
Once you find it you can give it a quick tug which
should make the clutch easier. The tensioner spring
seems to seize up a bit making the clutch get heavier
through time.

> 6. Generally... what else should I look out for?

I had the idler pulley fail a few weeks ago, shredding
the serpentine belt. From what I've been told that
they often fail every 60k or so.
