The 99 (and C900) sunroof does indeed have 4 drains, one at each corner.
The rear ones are waaayyyyyy in the back tho, so to spot 'em you'll probably
need a flashlight and a long wire - they are behind the sunroof panel when
it is open.  They could need to be cleaned out also.   The rubber gasket
around the sunroof panel should keep 99% of the water out, so inspect that
gasket and the fit of the panel when it's closed.  If the panel doesn't fit
right with a consistent gap that the gasket can seal, it can be adjusted,
but you have to take the panel off to do so - remove the 4 or 5 screws along
the front edge of the sunroof when it is open and then you can lift up and
remove the panel and see all the mechanism.  Before you take it off, make
note of whether it needs to be adjusted up, down, front, back, or what.
This can be an iterative process.  While you have the panel off, take the
opportunity to clean and lube all the mechanisms.
