This may be normal. The Saab Information Display (SID) is designed to
change to the Temp mode if the outside temperature nears freezing. This is
a safety device to signal the driver of the possibility of ice on the
roadway. As I recall from my owners manual, the SID will display the Temp
as a warning at 37F.
