Air Conditioning Compressor PRV

I got a new Sanden 7H15 compressor installed a few months back.
Cooling is adequate, but what concerns is a couple of drops of
compressor oil at pressure relief valve aperture that reappers
within a few days if wiped off.

The compressor will run all the time in hot weather so I assume the
discharge pressure should be within limits (no cut-out by pressure
switch). Another thing that I noticed is the compressor sound is
different at start-up than normally, like it works harder then.

My thoughts for possible explanation are:
1. something wrong in the system, like a sticking expansion valve,
allowing a pressure peak at start-up
2. the pressure is just too high at city traffic and the PRV working
normally (I did recently add a condensor fan which was missing,
hoping to reduce pressure at city traffic)
3. faulty PRV leaking / opening too early

I would greatly appreciate other opinions as I have quite a limited
experience.
