I assume that you are talking about the reflector part of the headlight
assembly, rather than the lens part. I use aluminum foil, carefully
applied. It works well enough. For a perfect job, you can send it to an
outfit that aluminizes astronomical mirrors and such. I'm not familiar with
current pricing, but suspect that it is much lower than a new reflector.
If, on the other hand, you are talking about the lens, then, for most
people, a new lens is the only cure. For those of us who grind our own
astronomical lenses/mirrors, we know how to take the abrasion pits out of
glass. Don't know if this service is commercially available. Good luck
