From 1988 to the end, the Classic 900 had the same style calipers and
pads & rotors as the 9000. HOWEVER, not all years are exactly the
same.

In reality, there is little difference between the 900 & 9000 brakes.
Later 9000 turbos got slightly smaller diameter, but thicker rotors.
I doubt the expense is worth the swap.

If you have a 79-87 900 you can do the conversion to later brakes,
but it requires changing both front spindle assemblies, and the rear
axle, plus some welding inside the passenger compartment.
