I haven't replaced one of these myself - yet, but removing the old bushing
can be done with a hacksaw far more easily than pushing it out. Remove the
blade from the frame and slide it through one of the slots in the rubber
bushing. Re-assemble the frame so that the blade is inside the bush and
then cut through the rubber and the outer shell, taking care not to cut
into the alloy housing. You may need to make a couple of such cuts a few
degrees apart, the remains of the bush should then push out very easily.

I don't know how well this can be done insitu though, nor if the new bush
could be pressed in without undoing the motor part.
