Many years ago in England I fitted a device called Hot Wash to my car. It
consists of a metal tube which fits in one of the heater hoses. Surrounding
the tube is a reservoir made of polyethylene with inlet & outlet
attachments for the washer hose. The reservoir only held about 2-3oz of
fluid but the device seemed to work well and was inexpensive. You might try
Halfords in UK, a large national auto parts & accessories chain. The web
site is at http://www.halfords.co.uk
but it is currently being upgraded.

I hope this helps.
