I would recommend using a Saab OEM part as a replacement for the oil cooler
line to your turbo. In that way you'll be sure that the replacement line
is adequate from a temperature resistent and pressure standpoint.

If you're considering replacement of other water or oil lines I would first
look at those that carry water or oil FROM the engine since they have been
subject to the greatest amount of heat. The upper radiator hose is a case
in point; it will soften and go after it has aged whereas the lower hose,
subjected to much lower temperatures enjoys a much longer life. In either
case, cracking, ruptures, and softening are the warning signs.
