PCV Valve

My mother's '86 900 Turbo 16V has well over 300k miles on the odometer (the
odometer turns slowly, so I don't know the actual mileage, but it's been
around the block a couple times). The radiator disintegrated a couple
months ago and the car overheated. The radiator has since been replaced,
and the car runs OK aside from some lifter noise on startup. There's no
smoke out the tailpipe, and all the sparkplugs look the same (whitish
color), but it blows oil out the dipstick tube (uses about 3/4 qt. per tank
of gas, miles unknown) and the oil at the top of the dipstick tube is milky.
The drained oil at the last oil change was *not* milky though. It wouldn't
surprise me if the head gasket was leaking, but I thought I'd try changing
the PCV valve (on the theory that a bad PCV valve will allow the turbo to
pressurize the crankcase). It's not obvious to me, though, how you'd change
the PCV valve! Can anyone give me a little guidance? And is the PCV valve
a dealer-only part, or can I find one in the aftermarket?
