My 9000 cdt 1989 loses a master cylinder every once in a while. Yours
has probably gone again. You wont lose fluid onto the ground, its
simply getting past the o rings and going back to the reservoir when
you put the clutch down. Try getting someone to depress the pedal while
you watch the reservoir to confirm this.

Dont overhaul the master with a repair kit, it seldom seems to give you
more than 6 months to a year before going again:-( False economy imo

To bleed you need a device that uses pressure from a spare tyre or road
wheel as unlike brakes, you cannot pump fluid around using the pedal
